DIESEL PARTS / ENGINE ACCESSORIES AND COOLING

# Diesel Belt Tensioners

Find the correct belt tensioner for your engine accessory drive. Pulley alignment, bracket design and belt routing matter.

Have the engine or equipment model and original part number ready. Our team can help with part identification and availability questions.

## Fit and equipment details

A belt tensioner must match the mounting bracket, pulley size and belt path. A poor match can affect accessory alignment and belt life.

## Match the Right Part to Your Equipment

Provide engine model and the tensioner or bracket part number, with an image of the pulley arrangement.

Include the engine model, mounting and electrical or coolant connections as relevant, plus the original component number. One engine family may have multiple accessory variants.

## Choosing the Right Replacement

Inspect belt, idler and accessory drag when investigating a repeated tensioner issue.

Check physical mounting, configuration, power or cooling connection as applicable. DCT will confirm whether the specified accessory is currently available rather than infer fitment from the product family.

## Part Names and Identification

Related part descriptions include serpentine belt tensioner diesel, engine drive belt tensioner. Compare the original number, mounting and connections for your engine.
