Information provided to DCT
When you submit a service inquiry, DCT collects the information you provide, which can include your name, postal address, phone number, email address, equipment description, part identification, service questions, uploaded photographs and subsequent communications about your request. We use that information to receive and review inquiries, create tracking references, communicate service decisions, manage quotations and maintain relevant service records.
Service records and access
Submitted inquiries are stored as private administrative records in WordPress. Authorized staff can view them for business purposes. Customer-uploaded component images are encrypted within the website hosting environment and accessed through a restricted staff download process. Email messages, hosting backups and operational exports may be retained in systems operated by DCT or its service providers.
Website infrastructure
The website uses normal WordPress security and administration functions. Server logs, security measures and necessary cookies may be used by the hosting environment. If optional analytics or marketing tools are enabled, their handling and any applicable consent settings depend on the published site configuration.
Retention, correction and requests
Inquiries and associated correspondence are retained for operational and legal recordkeeping needs. To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, please contact DCT. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal requirements.
Do not send unnecessary sensitive information
Do not submit payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records or unrelated identity documents through inquiry forms or photographs.
This policy describes the DCT website’s intake workflow. The actual hosting, email, analytics and retention configuration must match the company’s operating policy.
