Requests, shipment and work approval
A submitted website form starts an inquiry and creates a tracking reference. It is not an acceptance of a component, an approved shipment, a binding quote or authorization to perform work. Customers must wait for explicit DCT approval and the applicable receiving and carrier instructions before mailing parts. A later diagnosis and quotation require separate authorization for additional repair work.
