Proposed coverage information to verify with DCT before publication:
Two years on qualifying full-service mechanical pump work, where confirmed in the written terms.
One year on qualifying full-service electronic pump work, where confirmed in the written terms.
These durations do not establish a blanket two-year parts warranty. Eligibility, exceptions, remedies and claim steps must be checked against the written documentation for the actual order.
How to request a review
- Keep your original invoice and service reference.
- Provide the component part number and description of the problem.
- Contact DCT before returning or disassembling a unit.
- Wait for approved next-step and receiving instructions.
