NATIONWIDE / ELIGIBLE INTERNATIONAL
A clear component intake and service-authorization process, designed for owners, farmers, fleets and professional shops who can’t simply drive to Kansas.
STEP BY STEP / START HERE
You do not need to know what repair is necessary. You do need to tell us what you have and wait for an eligibility response before shipping.
Share your details, full part number, equipment and symptoms. DCT reviews eligibility and sends the approved destination, preparation instructions and reference before you ship.
Upon approved receipt, DCT identifies and evaluates the component within the agreed scope. Staff explain findings and provide a quote before additional work.
Once authorized, DCT completes supported repair or rebuilding, performs applicable verification and arranges approved return shipping or pickup.
WHAT TO HAVE READY
DCT identifies the received unit, performs the preauthorized evaluation, discusses findings and presents any further work for approval before proceeding beyond the authorized scope.
TRAVEL AND SHIPPING
Your location shouldn’t prevent an eligibility discussion. International shipments require additional screening, not a promise of acceptance.
Domestic mail-in inquiries from customers nationwide. Appropriate shipping destination and requirements are confirmed per case.
Eligibility depends on origin/destination country, item type, import/export rules, carrier restrictions, return logistics and payment/warranty arrangements.
Customers within driving distance may be able to deliver an approved component to a Kansas DCT location rather than ship it.
Preparation, residual fuel, packaging, permitted carriers, declaration and insurance requirements vary. Obtain approved instructions and follow all applicable rules.
Tell us the component, equipment, symptoms and part numbers you have. We’ll help determine the appropriate next step before you ship or travel.
