TWO YEARS ON ALL PARTS AND COMPONENTS DCT SELLS.

DCT provides a two-year warranty on all parts and components it sells as new, rebuilt or remanufactured. The same two-year period applies across these three sold-product categories, including diesel injectors and injection pumps. Coverage begins on the purchase date and does not vary between mechanical and electronically controlled pumps.

New parts and components

Two-year warranty on all parts and components sold by DCT as new.

Rebuilt parts and components

Two-year warranty on all parts and components sold by DCT as rebuilt.

Remanufactured parts and components

Two-year warranty on all parts and components sold by DCT as remanufactured.

When the two-year warranty applies

Coverage runs for two years from the date of purchase shown on your DCT sales documentation. It applies to new, rebuilt and remanufactured parts or components DCT sells when used in normal service and in accordance with the equipment and component manufacturers’ installation, maintenance, operating and application requirements.

Excluded conditions: use outside normal operating conditions or contrary to manufacturer requirements. This includes incorrect installation or application, improper fuel or lubrication, avoidable contamination, misuse, unauthorized alterations, or operation outside specified limits when those conditions cause or contribute to the reported problem. Normal wear and damage unrelated to a covered defect do not independently establish a warranty claim. DCT reviews the reported condition and supporting evidence before deciding the applicable remedy.

Keep the invoice and written warranty documentation for your order. Those materials establish your purchase date and provide the information needed to review a claim. This overview does not authorize a return or determine an individual claim.

How to request a warranty review

  • Keep proof of purchase showing the date of purchase and order reference.
  • Provide the complete component number and a clear description of the concern.
  • Contact DCT before disassembling or returning the component.
  • Wait for the appropriate review and written return or receiving instructions.

One consistent two-year duration for sold products

New, rebuilt and remanufactured parts and components sold by DCT carry coverage for two years from purchase when used under normal conditions and in accordance with manufacturer requirements. Do not send a component for review without DCT’s receiving instructions.

TWO YEARS / NEW, REBUILT & REMANUFACTURED

A straightforward warranty on parts and components DCT sells.

Every part and component sold by DCT as new, rebuilt or remanufactured carries a two-year warranty. The same duration applies to sold injectors, pumps and other parts and components, rather than different periods for mechanical and electronic pump types.

Keep the original invoice and written warranty documents, including information on claim procedures and conditions. Contact DCT before disassembling or returning a unit. Coverage runs from the date of purchase and requires normal use in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
