Mail-In Component Shipping Information

Review the pre-shipment questions and restrictions for a diesel fuel-injection component repair inquiry.

Do not ship a component without specific confirmation from DCT. The receiving facility, component suitability and applicable carrier requirements are determined for each approved inquiry.

BEFORE A PACKAGE IS ACCEPTED

  • Obtain the correct receiving address and case reference directly from staff.
  • Ask which component condition and contamination restrictions apply.
  • Follow all relevant carrier, hazardous-material and import/export requirements.
  • Confirm packaging, insurance, tracking and return policies in writing.
  • Identify the shipment with the confirmed case reference and your contact details.

RECEIVING ADDRESSES

Public branch addresses do not automatically serve as mail-in receiving addresses. DCT must confirm the receiving location before a shipment is prepared.

LET’S DISCUSS YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

Service and component eligibility, pricing, lead time, warranty and available delivery methods are confirmed by DCT after reviewing the specifics of your request.
