Fuel-injection identification can be more complicated than reading the first visible number. Similar housings can contain different configurations, and an engine manufacturer name does not always identify the injection equipment brand.
START WITH THE PHYSICAL LABEL
Look for manufacturer information, stamped model numbers, complete part numbers and suffixes. Capture legible close-ups from multiple angles and a wider photograph showing the full unit. Never assume a partial number provides definitive fitment.
CONNECT THE COMPONENT TO THE MACHINE
Supply engine make/model, vehicle or machine manufacturer, production year and serial range where possible. A known previous repair, modification or engine replacement can change the applicable part.
WHEN A CROSS-REFERENCE IS NOT ENOUGH
Supersession, interchange and application overlap are different technical relationships. A part described as similar must still be reviewed for the actual application and requirements.
LET’S DISCUSS YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
Service and component eligibility, pricing, lead time, warranty and available delivery methods are confirmed by DCT after reviewing the specifics of your request.
