Not all paths serve the same purpose. Testing gathers evidence about condition. Targeted repair addresses defined faults where feasible. A rebuild or overhaul can involve a wider scope. Exchange or new replacement changes the hardware and may introduce core policies.
WHAT THE CUSTOMER SHOULD COMPARE
- Confirmed component condition, technical repairability and parts supply.
- Total cost of evaluation, repair, exchange, core, shipping and installation.
- Whether the original item will be returned.
- Practical turnaround and equipment downtime.
- Actual warranty, return and performance terms.
WHY THE MODEL NUMBER STILL MATTERS
A general preference for rebuilding cannot override technical restrictions for a particular model or condition. DCT should explain the eligible choices for the actual component before authorization.
LET’S DISCUSS YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
