Shipping & Returns Information

DCT mail-in component shipping rules and return procedures, subject to written acceptance and approved service terms.

Shipping requires prior approval

Use the mail-in request form to obtain a tracking reference. DCT must review component eligibility and email the correct receiving address and packaging/carrier instructions before a part is shipped. Do not use a street address from another page as automatic shipment authorization.

Preparing a component

Parts that have contained diesel fuel may be subject to special draining, fuel-residue, leak prevention, handling and carrier acceptance requirements. Confirm the instructions applicable to your specific component and carrier. Protect capped ports, precision fittings and electronics from damage. Include the DCT reference number and component identification in the package.

Inbound inspection and return

Staff identify and evaluate the received component within the agreed initial scope. If additional work is recommended, DCT communicates findings and requests separate authorization. Return freight, insurance, packaging, denied or nonrepairable items and return timing are discussed with the customer under the applicable written transaction terms.

Local component drop-off

Customers near Hutchinson or Great Bend can request a local component drop-off. Confirm eligibility, location and receiving hours before visiting. General drive-in automotive repair is Hutchinson-only.

International inquiries

International shipments require advance approval covering customs, carrier acceptance, import/export restrictions, fuel residue and return procedures. No international destination is automatically accepted.
