We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a target for ongoing improvements to navigation, content, forms and keyboard access. How to get assistance
If a page, form, image, PDF, status check or other feature is difficult to use, we can help you obtain the information or make the inquiry another way. Please mention the page or task you were trying to complete and the type of assistance that would help. We do not require you to disclose a disability to ask for assistance.
Using the website
Use the “Skip to main content” link to bypass repeated navigation with a keyboard. The website offers labeled forms, readable link names, descriptive alternatives for informative images, and layouts intended to adapt to smaller screens. Keyboard users can use Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter and Escape to move through links and navigation; interactive form fields display instructions and validation messages.
Report an accessibility problem
We welcome reports of missing descriptions, hard-to-read text, navigation barriers or forms that do not work with a keyboard or screen reader. Tell us the URL and what you were trying to do; device, browser and assistive technology details may help but are optional. We will review the issue and discuss a reasonable alternative for access while it is addressed.
