CONNECTED SERVICE WORKFLOW / STEP 06 OF 06
Complete the cycle with supported checks matched to the original service scope.
DCT SERVICE PROCESS / STEP 06
The completion point depends on what was approved and which calibration or test procedure applies. Where supported, DCT checks delivery or operating characteristics and records appropriate findings.
The exact work varies with the component and is subject to confirmed eligibility, applicable procedures, available parts and customer authorization.
These six stages explain the overall fuel-injection workflow. A specific component may require only some of them. Service scope is decided after evaluation and approval.
TECHNICAL DETAIL / CONNECTED SERVICE PROCESS
DCT uses the component family, reported concerns and supported test procedure to determine which stages apply. No stage is automatically included or approved by a submitted inquiry.
Choose the applicable test plan for the unit and customer-authorized work.
Measure supported delivery, leakage, opening, control or governor behavior at specified conditions.
Make permitted adjustments only with the correct calibration information.
Communicate results, limitations and any remaining installation or engine-side requirements.
A test report applies to the measured component under the stated conditions. It does not certify every related fuel-system or engine function.
Tell us the component, equipment, symptoms and part numbers you have. We’ll help determine the appropriate next step before you ship or travel.
