Diesel Injection Testing Fees and Estimates

Understand the information DCT should confirm before testing, inspection, repair, exchange or return of a mailed component.

Testing charges and repair costs depend on the diesel component family, the work requested, the condition on arrival and the available procedure. DCT explains the applicable initial evaluation terms during the component intake process.

When will I know the testing fee?

Submit the manufacturer and complete part number, engine or equipment application and the symptoms. The team reviews the request and explains any applicable initial diagnostic fee and shipping instructions before an approved shipment.

What is included in a repair estimate?

Following an approved evaluation, DCT discusses findings, potential parts and work, the quoted cost and expected schedule for the actual component. Additional repairs require separate customer authorization. A requested quote does not authorize an automatic rebuild or replacement.

How are nonrepairable units and return freight handled?

Confirm inspection charges, handling of declined or nonrepairable units, freight, insurance and return arrangements in the written terms provided with the case. No universal fee, credit or shipping offer is claimed here.
