Bench testing attempts to characterize defined performance measurements under known conditions. Calibration is the appropriate adjustment and verification of eligible components to relevant specifications and procedures.
WHY THE EQUIPMENT MATTERS
A test bench must be appropriate for the specific pump or injector family. Supported measurements, fixtures, calibration information and traceable records are as important as having a bench in the facility.
INTERPRETING A REPORT
Ask what was measured, which acceptance limits applied, the date and identity of the component, whether testing was initial or final, and which observations represent verified evidence rather than inferred vehicle-level causes.
WHAT TESTING CANNOT PROMISE
A component may meet one test and still have an installation, control or system-related issue elsewhere. DCT must confirm exact capabilities and explain any limits before providing a component-specific opinion.
LET’S DISCUSS YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
Service and component eligibility, pricing, lead time, warranty and available delivery methods are confirmed by DCT after reviewing the specifics of your request.
