Pump design and application
High-pressure pump families have different controls and fittings. Fuel contamination or supply faults may require attention beyond the pump itself.
Match the Right Part to Your Equipment
Supply the manufacturer pump number, engine identification, symptom history and any contamination findings.
For an accurate review, tell DCT whether the component is an entire injection pump, a governor or an internal control part. Include the complete plate and any known differences in drive, mounting or controls.
Service, exchange or replacement?
A pump choice must account for matching rail-system architecture and related component checks.
Depending on the exact pump family and its condition, questions may involve testing, rebuilding, replacement or a verified exchange item. DCT first determines what options are actually supported; an unfamiliar used pump should not be assumed serviceable.
Part Names and Identification
Other names include Bosch CP1 CP3 CP4, Denso HP series, high pressure fuel pump. Check the pump family, complete assembly number and engine application before choosing parts.
