Tell us about your vehicle. We will help plan the right visit. Describe a warning light, hard start, new noise, drivability concern or routine maintenance request. The team will confirm eligibility and appointment availability before you arrive.
BEFORE YOUR HUTCHINSON APPOINTMENT
LET’S IDENTIFY
THE NEXT STEP.
Include the vehicle year, make, model, mileage if known, what happens and when, relevant prior work and your preferred visit times. This is a request, not a confirmed appointment. General automotive appointments are not offered through Great Bend or the diesel component mail-in workflow.
Need to ask about pump or injector mail-in service instead? Read the component receiving process.
Use optional attachments for relevant warning messages or vehicle details. Do not submit payment or identity documents.
ONE GOOD APPOINTMENT BEGINS WITH THE RIGHT STORY
Describe the problem. We will help plan the visit.
You might be hearing a new noise, dealing with a warning light or simply trying to get ahead of maintenance before a busy week. Let the Hutchinson team know what has changed, what you have already checked and when the vehicle is available.
This form is for drive-in automotive inquiries in Hutchinson. It is not a request to ship a diesel injection component, and it does not create an appointment until the team confirms availability.
